This project consists of a new 2-story and 1-story skilled nursing facility totaling approximately 24,600sf. The buildings are steel framed with steel panel shear walls. The roof and floor utilize open web steel joists with steel deck. The 2nd floor is lightweight concrete to reduce the seismic mass. Most areas include patient lifts and tracks for easy mobility and caregiver safety.
